Civil Engineer (Hydrology / Hydraulics)
McMillen, LLC, is seeking a senior engineer specializing in hydrologic / hydraulic engineering. The candidate will be responsible for conducting hydrologic / hydraulic analysis including, but not limited to, flood plain evaluation, sedimentation processes and sediment transport, rainfall-runoff relationships, river geomorphology, estuary modeling, and general hydraulic design. Report and proposal writing will also be required. The successful candidate will demonstrate extensive hydrologic / hydraulic design and modeling experience with one, two, and three dimensional hydraulic models (HEC-RAS, Mike 21, etc.), hydrologic models (HEC-HMS), sediment transport modeling, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) software. A Master’s or PhD education, as well as a Professional Engineer (PE) license is desired.
